- Eggs: 3
- Potatoes: 600 g
- English cucumbers: 450 g
- Onion greens: 100 g
- Fresh dill: 15 g
- Kefir: 980@g

Method
1.
Cook and chop beets, eggs, potatoes. Pickled beets can be used. Some beet juice can be added later if they were boiled. The potatoes can be served separately instead.

Chop english cucumbers, onion greens, fresh dill
- english cucumbers: 450 g
- onion greens: 100 g
- fresh dill: 15 g

Pour kefir into a big bowl. Mix everything together. It can be thinned with milk.
