Stuffed Mushrooms

Cremini are recommended, but others might work
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Oil
- Cream cheese: 225 g
- Parmesan: 30 g
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper

Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Clean mushrooms. Break off the stems and chop them finely. Don't keep parts that are very tough.

Fry garlic and mushroom stems in oil.

Stir in cream cheese, parmesan, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Fill all of the mushrooms and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for
