Bake for ~{50%minutes}. = Make the syrup Boil @water{235%g} with @sugar{200%g} for a few minutes. Add @honey{170%g} and @vanilla{5%g}. Boil until the temperature gets to very early thread stage (223°F at sea level minus 1°F for every 500 ft. in elevation). = Assemble Immediately when the pastry finishes, pour the syrup evenly across the pan.
