Candied Orange Peel

- Orange peel: 100 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Cream of tartar: 300 mg
- Water: 50 g
Method
1.
Cut orange peel into strips and boil for a couple of minutes. Drain, and repeat a couple of times. Do it 4 times if the pith is left on the peel.

Heat orange peel, sugar, cream of tartar, and water over medium-low heat. Reduce until it's syrupy. Toss the orange peels in sugar. Use the remaining syrup elsewhere.
